I am pleased to offer my services for resort and real estate photography along the Colorado Front Range. I am based in Lakewood, and am a quick drive from most of Denver and the Foothills communities. I am also willing to go as far as Summit County, but a trip charge would apply.
Base rate is $250 for one property. I will provide you with 15 photos, suitable for MLS upload as well as brochure and newspaper printing, all within 24-48 hours (depending on work load). Additional fees may apply for twilight shots or last minute scheduling. For resort properties, we will need to discuss your needs before we discuss pricing. Resort photography services in exchange for trade is a possibility as well.
